Location: Cwmbran

Vibe Recruit's client is seeking a Stores Operative to join its UK operations team. This role is a full time, permanent role with an immediate start. Based at the company's Cwmbran facility and reports to the UK Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and check all goods inwards, goods outwards, and inventory control within the main storesSupervise stock components from work–in–progress to finished goods, ensuring accuracy and qualityPrepare and monitor outgoing packagesOperate equipment including forklifts, tools, and testing equipmentCo–ordinate all inbound and outbound freight activities with freight forwarding servicesSupport workshop scheduling requirementsEnsure compliance with safety guidelines and use of appropriate PPEMaintain and organise the stores area, including tools, equipment, and company assetsIdeal Candidate Profile

Strong organisational skillsMechanically minded with good practical problem–solving abilitiesConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsFlexible, proactive, and innovative in approachComfortable using inventory management systems and other IT toolsSecondary education or equivalentPractical mechanical training or hands–on experienceForklift/Counterbalance experiencePrevious experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock control is an advantageWhat's on Offer
