Description
Berry recruitment is actively seeking Refuse collectors and Bin Loaders.
This role is just for Monday to Friday primarily (unless there is a bank hols and a Saturday is required to catch up the rounds) Pay rate is 12.22 PER HOUR and overtime available when there is catch up rounds necessary on a Saturday – OT paid at 18.32 per hour
You will be working alongside a driver and will be loading the bins and collecting them around the Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Area. Usual working days are Monday to Friday and shifts are allocated week by week.
This work is working outside in all climates and has a good degree of manual handling involved.
Hours of work are shifts starting primarily at 6:30am at the Hardwick Narrows Industrial Estate. As long as each shift is completed an 8 hours payment will be made as a minimum if less than 8 hours are worked.
Full PPE will be provided and a full induction before starting work.
