Description

Team Leader – Night Shift

Salary: 35,250.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Sunday to Friday (22:00 – 06:30_ includes a 30m unpaid break.

Location: Off Rose Hill, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2JZ

What you'll be doing;

Lead and motivate a small team to operate the plant safely and efficiently, to maximise productivity

Maintaining training records for all operational site personnel to ensure employees are competent to undertake their duties

Ensure staff are provided with all training and monitor staff to ensure duties are carried out

Ensure agreed operational targets are achieved

Manage abnormal and emergency situations i.e. accidents/environmental incidents, spillages

Carry out daily / weekly checks including plant, equipment and permit checks

Continuously review stock levels within the site, taking action as appropriate to ensure stock levels are minimised.

What we're looking for;

Essential:

Experience managing Small teams

Effective Communication skills

Good IT Skills

H&S Knowledge

Desirable:

Mobile Plant Driving Experience
