Description

Contract Personnel are currently recruitinf Production Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is an excellent ongoing opportunity that may lead to a permanent role.

We are seeking a reliable and hands–on Production Operative to assist with the fabrication of windows in a busy manufacturing environment. You will support the production team in assembling, preparing, and finishing a range of window products, ensuring high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and fabrication of aluminium, uPVC, or timber windows (depending on company products).Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, drill, and assemble window components.Fit gaskets, locks, hinges, handles, and other hardware to window frames.Check components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly.Follow job specifications, technical drawings, and production instructions.Maintain a clean and safe working area and follow all health and safety procedures.Assist in loading/unloading materials or finished products as required.Any other duties as required Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or window fabrication environment is preferred but not essential full training provided.Good practical skills and confident using hand/power tools.Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.Able to follow instructions and work to technical specifications.Physically fit able to stand for long periods and lift window components. Shift pattern:

Monday to FridayTwo shift patterns may be available: 07:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 00:00 Benefits of working for Contract Personnel:
