This is a key role supporting our transporting service for special educational needs children to and from school. Responsibilities for the Passenger Assistant: Assisting with the transportation of children to and from school Ensuring the safe drop off children on the school run Experience within a passenger assistant/ journey role or similar Excellent customer service skills Ability to remain calm in a challenging situation We want enthusiastic individuals with a positive working attitude to join our team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK.
