Job Role: Learning and Development Administrator x2

Location: United Kingdom - Home based with occasional travel to London

Salary: £27,945.35 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

PLEASE NOTE- Interviews for this role will be held on 18th and 19th August 2025.

We are recruiting 2 Learning and Development Administrators at GFSL.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for an L&D Administrator with a combination of:

- Previous experience of working in a similar role

- CIPD Level 3 - Desirable

- L&D experience - Desirable

- Good standard of Maths and excellent written and spoken English (including process drafting) - Essential

- Excellent organisational skills, time management, ability to prioritise and organise own workload, and ability to work to deadlines without supervision - Essential

- Very good IT skills including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software - Essential

- Customer service experience/qualification - Desirable
