Description
We are working with leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking an Import Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities;
Planning and arranging import deliveries. Liaising with customs teams to ensure compliance. Providing high–level administrative support and managing client inquiries. Taking import bookings and processing them within our internal software. Maintaining professional communication with our customer base. Handling import customs clearances (or demonstrating a willingness to learn this skill). Skills Required;
Experience working within freight forwarding Excellent customer service skills Good organisation skills Strong decision making skills
