Job Title: Housing Assistant Project Officer

Location: Newham, London

Contract Type: Temporary 3 months initially with the possibility of extension

Rate: £21.23 PAYE

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Housing Project Officer in delivering various housing projects within the Works Commissioning division.

Support the complaints and member inquiries function, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

Conduct research and analysis on housing policy changes and legislation.

Facilitate communication between the Housing Directorate and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.Essential Experience:

Experience in a social housing environment, particularly within a local authority.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and community involvement in social housing.
