What You Will Be Doing

As an HGV Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter you will be responsible for:

Carrying out maintenance and repairs on HGVs, commercial vehicles and trailers to manufacturer standardsDiagnosing faults and conducting vehicle tests as an experienced HGV MechanicCompleting warranty, contract and retail documentation accuratelyUndertaking preventative maintenance to reduce customer costsSupporting team members and following instructions from the Shift Supervisor as a Commercial Vehicle Technician Pay and Benefits

To be considered as an HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter you will need:

Proven experience as an HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter within a commercial vehicle environmentCity & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalentOrganised, methodical and detail–oriented approachFriendly, professional and confident communicatorAbility to work effectively under pressure independently or as part of a teamFull UK driving licenceHGV Class 1 driving licence (desirable) How to Apply
