Truck Driver

IF you have no experience driving a splitter gearbox manual you will be placed on GBP14 phr for a period of time until fully up to speed with driving them otherwise IF you can drive them please apply and you will be placed on the rates stated below experince is essential.

GBP17 P/HR = SINGLE SKIP LORRY/ FLATBED / ROLLON

GBP18 P/HR = TWIN SKIP LORRY

Duties:

- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport goods and materials to specified destinations

- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques

- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery details

Experience:

- CHAIN SKIP / ROLLON WORK

- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing commercial driving

- Ability to operate and maintain various types of trucks and trailers

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
