Description
Backline Avonmouth are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB drivers starting asap in the Bristol area for ongoing day work.
Weekly Pay - GBP765 a week with overtime available.
Monday to Friday usually starting 07:00 with average finish time being 16:00. Duties will involve working for various builder's merchants in the local area. You will be expected to complete anything from 4 to 8 deliveries per day, all while operating the crane in a professional and safe manner.
ABOUT YOU:
You must hold a full UK Category C Licence.
Experience driving HGV Class 2.
Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Hold a valid HIAB ticket with experience.
Knowledge of load security using ratchet straps and other methods.
Good knowledge of the local area.
Clean and professional at all times.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
The ability to handball off large and heavy items if required.
KEY BENEFITS:

Minimum 9 hours paid per day, overtime at time and a half after.
Up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.
