Home Most Nights: Local multi-drop, no tramping/continental.

GBP44k+ Real OTE: Paid for kms, cages, returns/backhauls (tracked daily).

Rota You Can Plan Around: Issued Thu/Fri; you'll know about the odd change the day before.

Modern Kit: Refrigerated bodies, tail-lift, cameras, telematics; Master Mover when needed.

Supported Start: 3 weeks' training + mentor drivers; start with known routes to master the job.

Local SPAR routes, home most nights, GBP44k+ OTE, no tramping.

What a Day Looks Like: Walk-around checks store drops (scan cages, safe parking, speak with manager) load empties/returns/cardboard possible backhaul unload at depot get tomorrow's start. Technique over force makes it easier; we'll train you.

Pay That Makes Sense: Standard Hours = paid for output, not just the clock.

See your daily summary (PR2) so you can track exactly how you earned. Performance bonus 3-20% for safe, efficient contribution.

Who Fits? The right drivers for the role are confident with customers, road-smart, comfortable with physical tasks (we train technique). Class 1 licence is required (Class 2 considered for rigids).

Modern Refrigerated Fleet: Scania, Volvo and Iveco tractors/rigids with fridge bodies, sleeper cabs, air con, cameras and telematics. Tail lift and handheld guide checks/scanning; "master mover" available.

Supportive, Scottish, Family Run : Family run for 106+ years, backing Scottish suppliers. Mentor drivers, depot WhatsApp, and solid facilities-showers, canteen, tea/coffee, vending, lockers.

Details About The Role: It's physical. We train technique and provide the right tools. Manoeuvring near stores needs road sense - we'll coach you. Rota tweaks happen about once a week - you'll know by end of day before.
