What will do you do as the Head of Operations?

Oversee the entire operations function from warehouse to supplier onboarding, managing performance, cost and efficiency Manage multi–channel fulfilment across ecommerce platforms Owns P&L accountability across supply chain, fulfilment and operations–related spend Manage 3 team members Analyse quantitative data and qualitative context to lead and execute business strategies What do you need to be as Head of Operations?

Worked within a startup business with T/O >GBP1M Experience managing a full P&L within an Operational role Managed a small team Worked for an ecommerce first business, within Wholesale or Retail Happy to be based in the office 5 days a week
