Counterbalance FLT Drivers Long–Term Opportunity Location: Worsley, Greater Manchester (M28)

Pay Rates:

AM Shift (6:00am 2:30pm): GBP13.70/hourPM Shift (2:30pm 11:00pm): GBP13.95/hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Guaranteed after 12 weeks) About the Role PROMAN is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers for a leading food manufacturing company in the Worsley area. This is a long–term opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks.

We are looking for reliable, safety–conscious individuals who are confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast–paced warehouse or production environment.

Key Responsibilities As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include:

Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facilityStacking goods in designated storage bays following stock control instructionsChecking loads are secure and safe for transportStacking and organising empty palletsPerforming daily equipment checks (e.g. battery charging for electric trucks)Assisting with manual loading/unloading when required Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentGood attention to detail and awareness of health & safetyFlexibility to work either AM or PM shift What You ll Get Competitive hourly pay with shift premiumsOvertime paid at time and a halfMonday to Friday shifts no weekendsLong–term job security with a temp–to–perm routeSupportive team and on–site agency presence Apply Now Submit your CV today to be considered.
