Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
Location: Warwick (Hybrid)
Salary: 28,193
Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts:
Mon–Fri: 07:30–16:30, 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00Sat: 08:30–14:00 (1 in 3 rotation)Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.
Role Summary
Responsible for optimising daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Maximise engineer utilisation and reduce travel timeManage same–day planning and job prioritisationCoordinate follow–up visits and parts orderingCommunicate effectively with internal teams and customersMonitor job progress and resolve scheduling issuesAdapt to daily challenges and ensure resource efficiencyCandidate Requirements
Experience with scheduling/planning systemsStrong problem–solving and multitasking skillsCalm under pressure with a proactive attitudeExcellent communication and PC skills (Word, Excel)Focused on continuous improvement and team supportBenefits
