Description
Export/Import Administrator Required
Monday to Friday 8.30–5pm
We are looking for an Export/Import administrator to join our clients team for 2 months.
Perform all administration duties relating to Export/Import
Creating invoices and other documents for the export and import of shipments to the UK
Liaise with Freight companies ensuring documents are correct and issued on time.
Raising and processing purchase orders
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft office, able to use MS word to edit documents, create templates, you will also need to be able to use Excel to create pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, create spreadsheets and format data
Good understanding of Export /Import
The job description is not exhaustive and additional tasks me be added based on the needs of the business.
