Description
Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Duties:-
Handling shipments from start to finish (arranging collections, booking shipments with airlines/hauliers, processing docs, post flighting/ monitoring shipments & billing)Dealing with shippers, clients and overseas agents.Processing export entries (We use ASM Sequoia)T1 creation (experience not mandatory)Loading documents/PODs on operating system Required Experience:-
Completing all Export documentationCustoms entriesHigh level of accuracy with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Ability to work effectively under own initiative.Good team player.Good written and verbal communication skillsBenefits include; 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays
