An exciting opportunity has become available within a successful and fast-growing electrical services company based in Bristol.

Your new role

As a qualified electrician, you will be working on a variety of contracts across the South West and Wales, including large hospitality chains and MOD sites etc...

Duties include but are not limited to:

Perform inspections, electrical testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems

Diagnose electrical faults and promptly repair and replace faulty components

Install and commission new electrical equipment and wiring according to specifications

Comply with safety standards and electrical codes at all times

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work

Remedial and quoted work

Fire alarm systems etcWhat you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate must have the below essentials:

City and Guilds 2360 part 2/City and Guilds 2330 level 3 (or equivalent) in Electricals (Completed AM2)

NVQ Level 3 Installing and Commissioning Electro technical Systems

City & Guilds 2382 Requirements for Electrical installations BS7671 18th Edition

Be able to successfully gain military/ Government Security Clearance

Microsoft Office literate: as required to complete reports etc...

Hold a full clean UK driving licence (no points)

Confident working alone and within a team.

Be able to work an on-call rota as and when required

Desirables:

Fire alarm experience

IPAF and/or PASMA

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installation.What you'll get in return

A competitive salary, up to £37,400 per annum (plus travel), dependent on experience and qualifications plus benefits as per the below:

Overtime - Time and a half up to midnight/ Double time after midnight.

On call- £115 for holding the phone
