Dustcart Driver required for next week!

Start Time: 03:30 AM (early mornings)

Location: Based from Thetford

Duration: Temporary - for next week

Support: A loader will assist with all bin handling

Starting next week, we need a driver to drive a dustcart based from Thetford, starting at 03:30 AM. A loader will be assigned to handle the manual bin emptying, so your main responsibility will be driving the vehicle safely and efficiently along the collection route.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the dustcart vehicle.Navigate the pre-planned refuse collection routes.Work closely with the loader to ensure timely and safe bin collection.Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each shift (e.g., fuel, tyres, lights).Report any issues with the vehicle or route to the relevant supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 License Driver CPC qualificationExperience driving large vehicles is preferred.Ability to start early and work independently with a small team.Punctual and reliable.
