Key Purpose:
At our organisation, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking employment. We are seeking six dynamic Customer Service Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions as part of our skills and training initiatives. Your role will involve equipping participants with essential employability skills, helping them transition into sustainable work in the customer service sector.
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging employability skills training through a mix of group sessions and one-on-one coaching, both in-person and online.
Develop and enhance high-quality training materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assess participant progress and create personalised development plans in collaboration with Employment Coaches.
Provide expert guidance on career options and further training opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of our skills portfolio.
Assist in the marketing and coordination of training programmes.What We're Looking For:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in a subject-specific area (PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, or equivalent).
Experience in delivering ESOL, functional skills, or employability programmes.
Strong understanding of both online and face-to-face teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
A passion for helping unemployed individuals and a proactive attitude toward supporting their journey to success.Ready to Make a Difference?
