Description
Malco Freight Ltd is a longstanding family owned and run business and is looking for a class 2 Multi Drop Pallet Delivery Driver to join our team
Duties and responsibilities:
Have a good understanding of drivers working and driving hours
Hold a current DCPC card and Digi Card
Customer focused role so will need to deal with customers in a polite and helpful manner
Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times
Be reliable, Responsible and compliant
Experience in multi drop deliveries would be advantageous (Our fleet all have Electric Pallet Trucks and full height cantilever tail lifts)
Work well as part of a team as well as independently to solve issues that might arise.
Be competent using electronic proof of delivery devices.
Be willing to work one Saturday every 7/8 weeks
Must have less than 6 penalty points on their license
Good local knowledge of the CB postcode would be advantageous
Start time 7.30 everyday
Overtime paid after 10 hours a day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: GBP30,000.00 per year
