Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 with their learning and developmentWork closely with class teachers to plan and deliver targeted support, including small group work and 1:1 interventionsAssist with classroom preparation and contribute to a positive learning environmentProvide additional support to children with SEND or those requiring extra help to reach their full potentialBuild strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carersHelp monitor pupil progress and contribute to ongoing assessmentWhat we are looking for:

A recent graduate with a Degree/Masters ideally in Education or a related subjectA passion for working with children and an interest in a career in teachingAny experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer camps, youth work) is desirableA flexible, proactive and approachable attitudeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsRight to work in the UKHow to Apply:
