Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Cask Handler to join our client's site in Glenrothes.

Full–time permanent positionWorking Monday to Friday – across day shift hoursPaid at 28,000 per annumOn the job training and career progression opportunitiesWorking as a Cask Handler, you will be responsible for the safe movement of casks within an established set of process procedures, including:

Re–gauging, re–racking and cask integrity inspectionAccurate record keeping when filling and disgorging casksDilution and calculation of spirit to achieve target ABVIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvementUse of a forklift to consolidate casks, pallets and IBCsTo be successful in this Cask Handler role, you will:

Have previous experience in a warehousing environment – ideally working with spiritsHave a valid UK driver's licenseHave a valid forklift licenseBe proficient in Microsoft Excel and WordAble to follow both written and verbal instructionsInterested in this Cask Handler role?
