Our vision is Great homes. Strong communities. Bright futures.
This vision supports our mission to provide quality homes and community-enhancing services to those in need. As a social landlord and a major stakeholder in the communities where we work, we work to tackle societal issues and help close the gap on the multiple inequalities that our communities face. Fundamental to this is the provision of good quality housing that people are proud to call their home.
What will your role be?
You will take a proactive and customer-focused approach to enforcement and prevention activity which will support the overall reduction of ASB and crime in our neighbourhoods. You’ll be aiming to provide a first-point response whether that be face-to-face, phone, e-mail, letter or text to all ASB related customer and colleague enquiries. Investigating and responding to reports from members of the community and establishing the priority for legal action as well as constructing detailed evidence to facilitate such action.
You will attend court and provide evidence as a professional witness. You will therefore be experienced in producing accurate witness statements which support the evidence required for civil court proceedings. Building effective relationships with colleagues, customers and key external partners, you will assist in the delivery of new initiatives to combat anti-social behaviour and enhance community cohesion.
