Description
CareerMakers are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our client based in Wigan, WN3.
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations.
Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a 7.5–tonne vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations
– Load and unload goods from the vehicle – Heavy lifting
– Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
– Inspect the vehicle for any mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs
–Between 5–10 drops per day.
Skills:
– Valid driver's license with the appropriate category to drive a 7.5–tonne vehicle
– Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with commercial driving experience
– Excellent time management skills to ensure on–time deliveries
– Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Schedule – 8am start
Pay Rate: 13.50 ( 15.21 holiday inc)
