As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and one-to-one mentorship to become a specialist consultant in your field. You’ll be building relationships, closing deals, and building a reputation for providing an outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for specialist roles.

* Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.

* Networking and developing your knowledge of a niche engineering market sector.

* Negotiating deals and closing placements in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

* Working to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from first call to offer stage.

* Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and tools to achieve your full potential.
