Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Spitalfields (Local to London Liverpool Street)

We’re now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team — someone with drive, resilience, and the hunger to succeed, even if they don’t yet have direct recruitment experience.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given full training and support to develop your career in recruitment. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, learning how to build relationships with schools, source and interview candidates, and match the right people to the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, candidates, and colleagues.

Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of education roles.

Develop a strong understanding of client needs to provide a tailored recruitment service.

Manage job adverts, candidate databases, and recruitment processes effectively.

Work towards targets and KPIs with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Deliver excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.

Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.What We Offer:
