What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the recruitment of skilled M&E professionals

*

Learning the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, client management, and placement

*

Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

*

Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn

*

Interest in the construction, engineering, or technical recruitment sectors

*

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus – but not essential
