Role Overview

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work alongside industry experts to learn the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll support clients and candidates while developing the skills to grow into a confident and successful recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Refine the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in exciting roles across our specialist sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a personalised and professional service.

Develop your sales and business development skills to identify new client opportunities and grow your network.

Manage job advertisements and candidate applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

Learn to use recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to manage your workload effectively.

Achieve and exceed individual and team targets with guidance and support from experienced mentors.
