What We Offer:

Competitive starting salary: £24,000

Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings: Year 1: £35K-£45K, Year 2: £50K-£70K, Year 3: £100K+

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback

Use a variety of business development techniques to identify and approach new clients with tailored recruitment solutions

Source, qualify, and present candidates to clients across the EU

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist market

Share insights with colleagues and contribute to overall team success

Work in established engineering sectors while also spotting new opportunities to grow your deskWho We're Looking For:

No experience required - full training provided

Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
