About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Carnell, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process, helping to attract, support, and onboard great people while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and managers alike.

What You’ll Do

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements

* Write engaging job adverts in line with company policy

* Screen candidates and arrange interviews

* Complete the full onboarding process for candidates, including issuing offers and contracts, Right to Work checks, References and arranging inductions.

* Keep candidate records up to date (in line with GDPR)

* Support recruitment events and early careers programmes (apprenticeships, STEM outreach, work experience)

* Produce reports to help track recruitment activity and costs

* Co-ordinate the recruitment for apprenticeship roles within the business.

* Oher miscellaneous activities/project work deemed appropriate for the role to support to assist with the efficient operation of the business.

* Deal with sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

* Previous recruitment and admin experience

* Strong organisation and communication skills

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise

* Confident working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders
