Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + bonuses

Working Pattern: Full-time, flexible/hybrid working available

Team Size: Managing a team of consultants

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter who has strong BD skills to work towards a Branch Manager role and continue to grow my clients Weymouth office which has been established for 12 years and has a dedicated client base in place. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with a strong footprint in the Industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors.

You will take full operational responsibility for your desk and have the ambition to work towards a BM role in the future to lead a team of consultants, and drive business growth through strategic development, exceptional leadership, and hands-on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Have full reponsibility for your own desk

* Manage your desk, ensuring performance targets are met

* Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients

* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to junior mebers of staff

* Meet KPIs, financial targets, and compliance standards

* Work closely with your team to align with company goals

* Foster a high-performance, supportive, and inclusive team culture

* Maintain market knowledge and stay informed of sector trends and challenges

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Senior Consultant or Principle Consultant role and wish to work towards a Branch Manager role in the future

* Strong background in recruiting within commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors

* Excellent people management skills for the future

* A track record of achieving and exceeding targets

* Strong business development and client relationship management skills

* Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven

* Comfortable with flexible working models
