* Experience in analysing complex HR information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
* Experience in using government policy to make decisions.
* Experience of working to strict policies and procedures.
* Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
* Experienced in working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
