I am recruiting for my client which is a leading specialist agency with a strong presence in the education sector, where your skills, experience, and ambition will be recognised and rewarded.

My client is seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Birmingham team. You'll take ownership of your own desk, working with schools and education professionals across the region.

The Role

*

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – business development, candidate sourcing, compliance and placements

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff

*

Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets through outstanding service delivery

*

Work collaboratively within a supportive and high-performing team

*

Stay up to date with safeguarding regulations and compliance standards

About You

*

Proven 360 recruitment experience within education (minimum 1 year)

*

Strong BD skills and confidence managing client relationships

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

*

Resilient, driven and target-oriented

*

A strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance in the education sector
