Description
Engineering Recruitment Consultant
Fully Remote (Fortnightly Ipswich Meet-Up)
£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission Scheme
Tired of being micromanaged? Want the freedom to build your desk, your way – with the tools and backing to make it work?
We’re looking for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join a growing business where you’ll have the chance to own your market and shape something special.
This isn’t another “KPIs for the sake of it” gig. It’s about giving you the right setup - tech, resources, and leadership, so you can do what you do best: recruit, bill, and build lasting relationships.
What’s on offer:
* Fully remote role, with a once a fortnight meet-up in Ipswich for strategy, ideas and a proper catch-up
* Autonomy to build your desk - your market, your way
* Full support + tools - access to the best CRM, job boards, sourcing tools and marketing so you can focus on deals, not admin
* Flexibility - it's about outcomes, not clock-watching
* A collaborative team that’s big on sharing knowledge, not guarding it
What we’re looking for:
* 360 Recruitment experience (engineering preferred, but open to similar technical markets)
* Someone who loves business development and building their own desk
* A self-starter who thrives with freedom but values being part of a team
* Ambition to grow – whether that’s scaling your desk, mentoring juniors, or building a division
Why this role?
Because it’s rare to find a recruitment role that combines freedom, flexibility and proper support. You won’t be thrown a laptop and told to crack on – you’ll have everything you need to succeed, plus the trust to do it your way.
