£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission Scheme

We’re looking for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join a growing business where you’ll have the chance to own your market and shape something special.

This isn’t another “KPIs for the sake of it” gig. It’s about giving you the right setup - tech, resources, and leadership, so you can do what you do best: recruit, bill, and build lasting relationships.

What we’re looking for:

* 360 Recruitment experience (engineering preferred, but open to similar technical markets)

* Someone who loves business development and building their own desk

* Ambition to grow – whether that’s scaling your desk, mentoring juniors, or building a division
