Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 (negotiable DOE) + up to 25% Commission

Location: City of London - EC4N

Start: September 2025

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 & Fridays 08:00 - 16.30

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and hit the ground running. You're an experienced Construction recruiter who:

·Is a natural at building client relationships and has a proven track record of bringing in new business.

·Has a strong network in the White Collar construction industry and is ready to leverage it from day one. ‍

·Thrives on competition, is driven by targets, and understands that the devil is in the details.

·Is not afraid of the phone-in fact, you're a master of it.

·Possesses an unshakeable, "can-do" attitude and sees setbacks as a challenge, not a defeat.

·You can back up your experience with a stable track record with previous employers, and are able to provide proof of successful billings.
