We're currently looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our established Education team in Leeds.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting Consultants to find and place the best teaching and support staff

Building strong relationships with schools and candidates

Advertising roles across job boards, social media, and our website

Interviewing teachers and teaching assistants

Managing client needs and placing candidates for daily supply and long-term rolesWhat we're looking for:

Previous recruitment experience (education sector experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Someone ambitious, competitive, and driven to succeed

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
