On-Site Shift Co-ordinator – Parcel Sorting Centre (Atherstone)

13:30pm – 22:30 shift / £14.50 per hour

Contract role Mid - October – End of December (Seasonal Peak)

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, people-driven On-Site Co-ordinators to lead teams through the festive peak at our Atherstone Parcel Sorting Centre. What You’ll Be Doing -

Being the go-to person on site, making sure worker numbers match the demand – no parcel left behind!

Oversee workforce management including time & attendance, PPE compliance, staff welfare, and ensuring shift numbers are met

Planning and managing shift patterns across a busy 7-day operation.

Building rock-solid relationships with site management – you’ll be their trusted partner.

Joining daily client calls to share updates and tackle last-minute changes.

Driving quick-fire solutions in a high-energy environment.

Leading, coaching, and motivating your on-site team to smash KPIs and fulfilment targets.

Keeping payroll on track by ensuring all hours are logged and authorised correctly.

What We’re Looking For -

Proven experience managing recruitment on-site (logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a big plus).

A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Organised, solutions-focused, and ready to think on your feet.

A natural people person who can inspire and manage teams in a high-pressure environment.

Comfortable with CRMs, trackers, and scheduling software – or quick to pick them up.

Flexibility to roll with the demands of a 24/7 operation.
