This role requires an organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The position is ideal for someone with an interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for administrative excellence.

Description

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring efficient handling of tasks.

Maintain and update employee records accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating applicant communications.

Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts and policies.

Support onboarding processes, including organising induction materials and sessions.

Respond to general HR queries and redirect more complex matters as needed.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards in all HR activities.

Collaborate with other departments to support organisational goals.Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.

Knowledge of HR procedures and employment regulations within the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in using office software, such as word processors and spreadsheets.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Job Offer

Hourly pay of approximately £13 to £17 an hour, depending on experience.
