The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer with strong all-round roofing knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently or as part of a team on a wide range of roofing projects, delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out pitched and flat roofing works including installations, repairs, and maintenance

Identify and fix leaks, defective flashings, and damaged tiles/slates
Work with various roofing materials: tiles, slates, lead, felt, liquid coatings, GRP, etc.
Install and repair lead flashings, valleys, soakers, and abutments
Assist with roof inspections, surveys, and condition reports
Work safely on site and comply with all Health & Safety regulations
Deliver quality workmanship in line with NFRC standards and company expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years roofing experience

Good all-round knowledge of roofing systems and materials
Competent with both pitched and flat roofs
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work unsupervised
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
