Description
Multi Trader with experience in Repairs and Maintenance
Greater London/South, East, South West and West London
From £150-£175 per day for the right candidate. This is NOT a cash in hand position
There is work everyday if someone wants to work
Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trader will include:
Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties. Day to day re-active maintenance work. Carpentry and Plumbing repairs. On occasions you may have 3/4 small jobs per day. Travelling to job locations must be taken into account
Requirements for the role:
Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering. Must have social housing experience. A car/van is not compulsory. If this position is of interest to you, then please apply directly or call John on 07948389403 for more details.
