Description
Job Title: Labourer – Metal Fabrication Workshop Location: Stanmore, North London Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Rate: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
We are a small, family-run metal fabrication company looking for a reliable and hard-working labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting our fabricators and welders in a busy workshop environment.
The role will involve:
Assisting with general workshop duties
Preparing and moving steel
Maintaining a tidy, safe working area
Helping with deliveries and collections
Opportunity to Learn and develop basic fabrication skills
What we’re looking for:
A strong work ethic and willingness to work
Someone punctual and practical
Experience in a workshop or construction environment is beneficial
Forklift ticket an advantage, but training can be provided
Please note: This is not a cushy site job where you can hide behind a broom all day. We’re a small team and everyone pulls their weight – if you’re lazy or looking to avoid real work, this won’t be for you.
