miServices is one of the largest national providers of property inspection services for letting agents and landlords across the UK. We have an upcoming vacancy to fill in the Telford area and require an Inventory Clerk to cover the TF postcodes and, occasionally, other areas of our region.

We’re recruiting for an inventory clerk to serve our existing clients and help us grow our client base, focusing mainly on the TF postcodes. This exciting opportunity would suit a person who likes to be out and about and has a keen eye for detail, along with good administrative and communication skills.

Using a tablet or mobile and market-leading software, you will conduct inspections for private landlords and lettings agents. Duties will include:

Travelling between properties
Collecting and returning keys
Recording the property condition
Describing all items in the property

There is an opportunity to gain training on the additional services we provide after six months.

Role Requirements

Passion for property
Full UK driving licence and own mode of transport
Lives in the Telford area
Highly self-motivate
Well organised
Good timekeeping
Good communication and interpersonal skills

IT-literate with good spoken and written English




Excellent attention to detail



While previous experience is not required as full training is provided, the role is likely to appeal to anyone who has worked as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Manager, Key Keeper, Inventory Administrator, Property Manager, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Negotiator or Inventory Assistant.



Salary - this will be as per work , price per job is agreed and extra miles paid, 21,000-24,000 a year income on a self employed basis.
