The Role
We are seeking an experienced 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenter to work across ongoing and upcoming residential projects. The right candidate will be confident in all aspects of carpentry, from structural works to fine finishing.
Typical duties will include:
• 1st fix carpentry: joists, studwork, roofing, flooring, door linings
• 2nd fix carpentry: hanging doors, skirting, architraves, cabinetry fitting, bespoke joinery installation
• Working as part of a small, skilled team delivering high-end projects
• Maintaining a tidy and professional work environment

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry
• Strong background in both 1st and 2nd fix works
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own basic tools (specialist equipment provided where needed)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong eye for detail
• Competent in speaking English
• CSCS card not required
