Description
1997 Celica GT4, 4 wheel drive 2 ltr turbo.
Private sale , Its a good clean example, always garaged and an absolute joy to drive.
This is the last of 3 GT4 s I have owned and by far the the best example in original metallic green. Selling as I do not use it and need the space in the garage.
Imported in 2008, Clock is a combination of km and miles
Intercooler and variable boost control fitted by previous owner .
Clifford immobilizer.
Factory fitted sunroof, working with no leaks.
Excellent condition for age. Rust free including around the usual prone areas ie door bottoms and sills.
Lacquer is also good but one area around the badge that is starting to peel, see photo.
Clean underneath
New Toyota standard front shocks (2021)
New clutch and flywheel (2022)
New Cam belt (2024)
Well looked after and maintained with 2 keys and a whole folder of history.
This is a good clean example with minimal modifications .
Everything works perfectly other than electric Ariel and air conditioning (I have not tried to refill so may well work if serviced)
Gear change is smooth, no nasty noises from engine or suspension.
The paintwork is generally good but has a few scuffs, it is it is 28yrs old after all.
I can whatsapp videos/pictures to anyone genuinely interested.
