Aluminium water pump rotor. Billet machined crankshafts running on roller bearings with 'hi-tech' crank-seals. Machine finished treated con-rod. Friction reduction coated pistons. High performance - long lasting clutches. 'Cush-drive' clutch baskets. Friction reduction hard coated gearbox selector fork tips. Hardened / treated gear-shaft parts (revised main shaft), 6 speed gearboxes with differing low/top ratios for MX /EN models. V-Force reed blocks. Hydraulic clutch actuation.TMEES electronic exhaust valve control. High performance exhaust systems. Keihin carburettors Kokusan digital variable advance ignitions/ Emoticon ECU controlled ignitions (for fuelling) on Fi and ES models.
