I used Bert 's Build & Plumbing Co. for some plumbing work for my bath to stop a huge leak. After spending a day looking for reputable plumbers I saw Bert 's Build & Plumbing Co. so decided to give him a try after reading his reviews. All I can say is I can highly recommend Bert, he was extremely skilful and knows his trade extremely well. I also want to mention his attention to detail and also the fact that he is highly honest and was so helpful to us. I was so satisfied with his work and am planning to use him again. I think Bert's Build is very good value for money and someone who gives a sincere and excellent customer service. All This puts Bert way above all other plumbers in my opinion. I found Bertug very friendly and extremely professional in installing our new shower. He was able to explain how it works and also how to trouble shoot if any issues arises. He offered to return to assist and went above and beyond. Will definitely use again 😃

The plumber worked two days efficiently and considerably to identify and sort out a leak on the bathroom which was causing water drip in the kitchen. Problem resolved. I was kept updated with quotes and expected costs. Would recommend this company

He arrived as agreed, he wanted £335 just to apply sealant and replace a small part ,plastic under the bath, I felt 335 was too much for the two hours he spent, 300 was his personal fee,the rest was the parts. £300 for two hours, I had to argue for a reduction.

I was very happy with the installation of my bathroom mixer shower tap and basin taps. Bertug was professional, friendly and cleaned up afterwards - would recommend using his services :)
