A pipe had burst under the sink. Ian came out promptly & was very efficient, clean & tidy. The price was very good too.

Response was within 5 mins of enquiry, Jamie called and said Ian was within 1 hour of my address. Ian arrived 30 mins later, spent about an hour inspecting the leak, clearing the gutter and downpipes, and fixing the leak there and then. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Prompt response from Profix, (Aprox 2 mins!) Got a call from Jamie, his partner was within 1 hour of my address, and would call. Ian arrived within 30 mins, spent about an hour investigating the gutter leak, and fixed it there and then. I couldn't have wished for a better service. 5 stars all the way, but only because they don't do 6.
