Outwell Trout Lake 4 in excellent condition it has a zipped in bath tub ground sheet that is water tight and keeps bugs and insects out!!!
This is the Rolls Royce of tents, the best on the market! It’s in immaculate condition, it has been used 3 times only , as you can see from the pictures it has NO sun bleaching.
No mould and always packed away clean and dry.
It comes complete with the front extension allowing you to sit out in the shade and BBQ
