Khyam XL Classic Tent. Quick Erect.

I can put this up on my own and I'm not tall.

Four berth, with plenty of room.

Never cooked inside it.

If you're looking, you'll know how strong these are. How easy they are to put up How they're the last one standing in a storm (I don't go camping in storms, so can't comment). Etc, etc.

In very good condition.

Very little use.

Guy ropes like new.

Windows aren't discoloured.

Hinge and top protectors still there.

Bags for guy ropes still there.

No rips or tears.

Zips all work.

Toggles all there.

Bedroom like new.

Repair kit.

No holes or repairs.

In the photos it isn't pegged out and I struggled to put this up in the garden. It looks better when fully pegged out in a field.

I've misplaced the original pegs, but I'll provide more than enough to pegs to keep you going. They'll be a mix though.

You'll see tents advertised with phrases like; Only used for one day/week, but don't mention how many times the previous owners used it. I'm the only owner of this tent. I bought this new from Camperlands, there's a photo of the receipt attached. I'll be keeping the receipt upon sale, for obvious reasons.

I haven't used it since before Covid. Kids have grown up and no longer want to share a tent with parents. Hence sale.

Non smoking and pet free household.
